Our team prepares your detailed Technical Specification — a document outlining every agreed option, enhancement, and customisation for your doll.

Your doll enters the production queue at the factory. Materials are allocated and manufacturing begins. Production is considered started once this step begins.

Upon completion, each doll undergoes a two-step inspection: immediately after production and again prior to packaging. We verify all specifications, joints, surface quality, and accessories.

Before dispatch, we send you pre-shipment photographs for your review. This is your opportunity to confirm everything matches the agreed Technical Specification.

Your doll is securely packaged in a plain, unmarked box and handed to the carrier. You will receive a tracking number via email.

Your order arrives at your door. Please inspect the outer packaging for damage before signing and photograph anything unusual before unpacking.
